Avoid at all cost. Have been a customer for 3 years now and horrible customer service and response time! Not to mention they leave you in the dark and give no updates on new policy increases.  Save your time and money and go with someone that is actually willing to help you.

Always friendly staff, always their to meet my needs, as I’m physically limited I’ve found I can do everything insurance wise on the phone with their staff which is always a plus

I deal with Lynn Miller at the John Cleator  office and she is the best insurance rep that I have personally ever worked with. She spends time with you to figure out what you really need. Super friendly! I highly recommend her and John Cleator.

Been a customer with this company 16 years or so and they have been excellent and very fair whenever I've had a claim. The staff care really!!.

Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So nice to be able to call or visit an actual person and not a call centre! I've found their rates life/home/auto to be very fair. I recommend them every time insurance comes up in conversation.
