With the exception of their phone service which is routed directly to an automated attendant and you can only leave a message when you have a question… Service has been good.  It is easier to use unsecured email to communicate with them on small matters that can not be done online.

Been with the Co-operators for over 16 years. Always a good service and very responsive staff. Price are in the ballpark for coverage. Only downfall is that the price of insurance for your house is based on your credit score.

Great staff and easy to deal with. Helped me when others couldn't.
