It has been a nightmare dealing with this company to actually try to get a claim resolved. Had a water issue from a leak in a pipe which damaged the floor walls and baseboard, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m still waiting to have the work approved to be fixed. The people at the centre I called to get info on how to claim were quite rude and the adjuster has been dismissive, not assuring, not friendly or supportive and has basically been avoiding me and the contractor that she assigned to my file. I will be cancelling the insurance as soon as this has been completed. Do not recommend.
UPDATE: After going to several different places for quotes on home insurance, the co-operators not only had the least expensive insurance to offer, but also the most comprehensive-covering more at a higher value that any of the competitors. Very pleased with our insurance options from this branch. Regarding financial investments; The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt well informed of my financial options without any pressure to make a decision that day.
Kasondra is great. I am willing to go WAY out of my way to do all my insurance business at this place.
Should update their hours. It says it closes at 530pm. We came up from CR to do a car swap in the parking lot right beside. Low and behold they close at 5pm. And there's someone Inside just sitting there.
Friendly and helpful staff. I had the pleasure of having Kasondra help me and she was just so patient and kind!!
