Not having much luck with my policy after my truck was stolen. Their system had it wrong as to which vehicle has loss of use. They keep changing it back to what it is supposed to be and the system picks a different vehicle. What a pain but my worst beef is that I do have loss of use on my vehicle and the agent has approved for me to get a rental but no rental company will take me because I don't have a physical driver's license and credit card. Helloooo it was in the truck when it was stolen. Have you never had this happen people? Like really. Being punished now for them stealing my wallet. Give me a break for God's sake.

Just made the switch to Wiarton cooperators today after receiving poor customer service at another branch.  Nikki was awesome and extremely helpful! She was the reason I decided to make the switch. Her service is super professional, friendly, and she delivers on time performance!  Best experience I have had dealing with insurance hands down! If you are thinking about switching here dont think just do it. You will not regret it.  10/10 customer service 10/10 response time

Friendly service and great rates! In fact I have better coverage here than I have had anywhere else and they're not always trying to up sell you, which is refreshing. I would definitely recommend them!
