Made my first purchase in a while from here and there was an issue. The team at Closet Inc made sure to correct it and went above and beyond answering messages on the weekend when they were closed. Props to them. Appreciate the raffles you guys do for the community. Will definitely be back!

I can't say anything bad about this place at all! I've made several order with them throughout my years, I live quite a distance away asa well and they always package and ship my items with ease. Kudos to the team you guys are killing it, ima keep on ordering! 10/10 highly recommend

I made my first purchase recently and had it shipped and received it in one day!  They have amazing customer service and make sure that you are satisfied. The quick sale is not the only concern like a lot of other places go for they actually like to follow up to make sure you have been well taken care of. Now just need to win one of their many raffles they offer.

Ordered from them 3 times and do not plan on stopping. They offer a good selection of the latest silhouettes and often at convenient prices. Their raffles are always desirable  and also fair. Shipping is fast ordered a pair on October 30th and received them November 2nd, reliable and their customer service is matched by no other. Would 100% recommend

I have no problem following your rules and requirements but you need to be more transparent about your promos. Tells us how many will be raffled and the sizes available. I know you are trying to promote your brand by asking for followers but not being straight forward or transparent to your customers is a bit shady, and it seems like you are just farming for followers. I am a repeat customer but this last hyped raffle left a bad taste in my mouth. Please listen to your customers and criticisms for improvement.

TheClosetInc is an amazing Canadian boutique that cares about their customers and who actually gets their items. Other retailers tend to just drop them and let them go to bots etc but theclosetinc does the most legit fair raffle system in the game and they got straight . Everyone that I have talked to about on support are very nice everything is easy going and I hope one day I can go out their to visit and buy a few things from their boutique. Do not resist to look at some of their items they got some straight  and they have the most consistent raffles it’s amazing. Thank you all of theclosetinc and their workers for providing us with such amazing shoes and not letting them go to hitters thank you!

I dealt with Kiara… wow what a super person and down to Earth  customer service is spotless … this place is great .. I’m an OG sneaker head and this place holds old school values . Do not fear to try The Closet Inc they will not disappoint . Both locations are great London or Chatham , an online shopping made easy with quick delivery .
