You can also shop online which is super convenient! Make sure you make a trip to their store or website soon!
Very pleasant customer service....a joy to visit in non pandemic times. Turnaround on repairs is longer than I'd like
My family has been going to the Clock Factory for over 20 years for everything from antique clock refurbishment to watch battery replacement. Not many multi generation businesses like this anymore, the store and the family that runs it are gems.
Such a wonderful store, I recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced watch or clock repair or looking for a unique purchase!
