I had a wonderful time at Clearwater. The room was stylish and contemporary. The food was good, extra large portions of prime rib. Hotel front desk was very accommodating. Table games dealers were extremely friendly. Service everywhere was impeccable. The facility is beautiful and is properly maintained. Clearwater is definitely one of the best hotel/casino/resorts that I've ever been to. I would have appreciated a Pepsi though, never Coke.
First timer- absolutely wonderful casino. They have a smoking section and larger non smoking section. Service at both Blackjack and Craps exceeded my expectations, and casino was clean. For those wondering how they handle U21 guests, you go to the security podium and you get a wristband at the entrance, no hassle or fuss there. Overall I enjoyed my time and will be back.
Have been staying and playing here for years. Haven’t stayed in the tower, always in the resort and usually in a suite. The rooms are beautiful, beautiful grounds with lovely views, but It seems since Covid the service has gone downhill. On this last stay no less than 5 Machines malfunctioned on us during just a few hours of play, and there were unreasonably long waits and meanness at both of the full service restaurants on site as well as the hotel front desk. Players club staff were great and the casino has a nice variety of slots
My wife took me to the casino restaurant for my birthday. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was great, I believe our servers name was Jody. The food was excellent as well. All in all a very nice dining experience, we went on a Thursday and wasn't very crowded at all.
I just stayed two nights in the Tower Queen room that is the actual closest hotel room to the casino floor - convenient for gambling, dining, and moving around the property. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were above average, with the softest sheets I've ever had in a hotel including stays at luxury hotels and there was a good selection of pillows. The bathroom was small, but dominated by an enormous walk in shower. If it weren't for a few minor nitpicks the bathroom door was heavy and hard to move, the thermostat was confusing to use, there was a large ding in the bedside lamp's shade I would call it perfect. There was a concert one night, but the sound was easily muffled by turning on the TV in the room and the rest of the time it was very quiet.
We decided to plan a midweek 'stay-cation' for our 20 year anniversary & the resort and staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Not only did they upgrade our room but there was an ice cold bottle of champagne & a congratulatory card signed by the staff waiting for us...just above & beyond. The room had an excellent water view & a nice little balcony despite some unfavorable weather. My wife especially loved the bedding & the coffee/tea bar in the lobby. They also offer a nice military/veteran discount rate. Thank you Clearwater & staff for helping to create a memorable anniversary!!
I was there for a conference but only for the day. A gorgeous summer day on one of the most beautiful hotel properties I've ever seen. The breakfast at the meeting was great, lunch and dinner less so except for the dinner beef, which was tasty. Surprisingly for a waterside, Native American resort, the baked fish was terrible but that could very well have been because of the buffet style setup for the conference. Can't say enough about the amazing natural beauty of the property.
Absolutely beautiful Hotel & Casino facility surrounded by the most breath taking natural scenery on an amazing lake. It's matched only by the extremely friendly and professional staff and comfy accommodations. I highly recommend this resort. It is, however, geared towards the mature crowd although still very family friendly. -D
I used to work on the casino floor a while back. It was good at first, but then everything just went downhill. I mean, every job can be like that, but the way management went about doing things could have better. Food could be better, their remodel they did could be better, and for sure most of the workers could for sure be better. For sure, I don't recommend working in the cage/slot department. It's a decent place to work if you're new to working or whatever. Would I recommend working in the casino? Ehhh. Mainly, if you're looking to get yourself started.
Savanna was the best server ever. She was very speedy and so welcoming and bubbly. I would love to come back again because of her. The food was great as well. Thank you for the wonderful service. We had a very nice experience having breakfast here. Hope to have her as a server again soon!!!
