The wife and I took a nice Fall drive on a Sunday to eat here for her first time.nnSuper unique dining experience in an old church.nnWe had a bit of a wait for a table about 30 minutes but the food was fantastic, service was excellent as well.nnI had fish & chips. She had the turkey bacon club. They have a great selection of in-house brewed beers, but neither of us were feeling a drink today.nnAll in all, it was a great experience. We'd go back again.
So sad that you no longer offer gluten free fish and chips! This was my favourite place to get them and I always looked forward to stopping by on any trip to the valley. I sadly discovered this on my most recent visit even though the website says gluten free still available. Instead I ordered the Bangkok Noodles, and they were disappointing. Our server was absolutely lovely though and checked in on us often! My husband got the chowder and said it was pretty good.
Really nice space for a casual bite in wolfville; the service was great and and nice variety of food. The chicken tostadas were delicious but the burger was pretty dry and the fries were just ok. It's a bit expensive for what you're getting but still relatively good.
So we stopped by. They had said they were going to be open at 11:00, it was 11:40 and they were still closed so hopefully next time they'll be open. This is just a shot from the outside. Looks pretty cool. There was another fella at the front door after I got there and he was told the same thing that they would be open at 11:00. So he was shocked that they were still closed. He's been going there a long time. He remembers when it was an actual church so it was cool to meet him. Parking is not the best but it is what it is.
