Marcia Alderson and the Chris Keleher team had to really earn their commission. Our property is stunning and unique, and as such was a challenge to sell, but they worked hard, paying attention to every detail and never making me feel like they were doing anything less than their best, and their standards never slipped. Chris Keleher and LeeAnn Matthews, along with the support of their team, sold our house in just 3 days in a very tough and questionable market. They went above and beyond to get our house on the market in less than a week, produced professional and attractive marketing materials, and made us feel like a priority with all the attention from the full team. We listed our home with LeeAnn Matthews and she and whole team were wonderful to deal with. They walked us through the whole process and expectations before hand. The team met all timelines and were in constant communication throughout, and our home sold as they said in the beginning.
