This place is amazing. Talk about a kid in a candy store. SO MUCH CANDY - lots to choose from! Their salt water taffy collection is amazing. They also have the yummiest and decadent truffles and delicious ice cream flavors.
always a wonderful time. great ice cream and they have two for one cone nights. i live the jelly beans there, u can make your own bag of beans. homemade fudge and other chocolates r always fantastic. there is something there for everyone. They no longer do two for one cone night.

Perfect, creamy ice cream! Portions are wonderful for the price and the ice cream is delicious. I've gone back twice within the same week because they have excellent ice cream. They sell a large variety of candy that give my eyes cavities. I would recommend going to the Chocolate Ox if you're within the area.
I expected it to be more of an experience that it was. Really, it’s just a cool candy and ice cream shop. But that’s not bad…just different than I thought going in. The ice cream was great giant scoops and the candy wasn’t so outrageously priced like some places. I liked the overall feel to the place though I thought the music playing was inappropriate given the large number of kids there. I’m a wedding DJ and had my 3 & 5 year olds with me so was a little more sensitive to that maybe.
So fun to look at all the candy! So much to choose from. Candy from back in the day to reminisce on. Ice cream shop attached too!
A cool little shop/tourist trap with tons of candy and excellent ice cream. Definitely recommended for groups with kids, but be careful because you might never get them back out.
Kinda disappointed. They have great advertising, and they used to do a lot of homemade fudge. But now it's all just candy you can buy anywhere else. Missing the small town, home town, tourist type feel it used to have. Kinda disappointed in them has gone down hill the last couple years. And can not blame COVID on that you would think they would want to do more to draw people in and have people spend more money not walk out with nothing because they lost their whatever it is that made them a good place to stop and shop.
Excellent truffles, mix your own jelly belly bags, quaint candies, all sorts, and delicious ice cream. Spendy, but a nice treat whenever we stop in Nisswa.
OMG! Must stop place for your sweet tooth. The ice cream is divine and the single 2 massive scoops will put you in a sugar coma. Afterwards, you can take a walk on the Soo Line trail to Duluth to walk it off. So good.
