My child was scheduled last month for treatment and we had to cancel because she had a cough. She was rescheduled for this month and I confirmed because I wanted my child’s teeth to get fixed. Unfortunately, she’s got a cough again. And I told the receptionist (Heidi) 6 days prior to appointment that I take my daughter’s cough seriously because she’s been previously been admitted to the hospital for pneumonia. So This receptionist gave me a new schedule then asked me If I am going to keep this appointment this time. Asking me this got me really upset because it wasn’t like I wanted my daughter to get sick. So knowing that I can’t guarantee my daughter’s health on the day of appointment, I just cancelled.

have taken my son here twice , and have never felt more comfortable at a dentist ! my son feels the same way. we worked with Winnie , and her bedside manner with kids is amazing! the staff put parents and patients at ease and they do an outstanding job of it :)

We love Dr. Tsang and the whole crew at Children's Oral Care Centre! They take such good care of our girl Elle, and make sure shes safe, comfortable and well! 5 stars for this beautiful office staff!

Awesome experience with Dr.Tsang and her staff! They treated us and our daughter very good and were able to answer everything we asked. Our daughter has terrible fear of dental work and we are so grateful for how professional, quick and empathic everybody was. Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic experience, my son who is 5 years old has ADHD as well as hyper sensory problems. I could not have asked for a better experience during his visits in office and during his time in hospital for surgery. They were very kind and patient with my son, and he has looked forward to his visits ever since the first one. General anesthesia was a wonderful way for my son to have his teeth fixed, although he was a bit nervous, he was not scared, did not have any melt downs and was kept comfortable at all times. His recovery was fast, his surgery was on a friday and he wanted to go back to school by monday. His focus and behaviour has even become better since his surgery and he states it is because his teeth do not hurt any more. I highly recommend having dental work done this way and with this team. They allow you into the surgery room until they fall asleep and it is very quick, a matter or seconds. I was very happy but most importantly my son was happy and finally not in pain.
