I have never been to a specialty cheese store like this ever before. The owner and his wife have spent hours making sure the customers experience is fulfilled. If you are looking for a special type of cheese, you'll find it here. On the off chance that they don't have it, they will find it for you. I have never had a bad experience at this store, and with their new location on South Street, it's even more convenient being located next to and ALDI supermarket.

This place has an excellent selection of cheeses, but just as importantly the guy who was working during our visit (owner? Manager? Employee of the year? Sadly I don't know) was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings. My wife and I stopped in just to see what they had and "accidentally" left with over $50 of cheese, all of which has been thoroughly worth eating.
