We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Sundas and the Charlton team! Sundas is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and trustworthy. She knows her stuff! She was incredible at guiding us through the entire process of buying and selling and supporting us through the always changing market. Many late nights and anything unexpected was handled very carefully and professionally. I also really appreciated the personal touches and check-ins she and her team made throughout the process. They're very detail oriented and always made sure we understood everything and were updated on every step. It's awesome to know that we're a part of the Charlton family now! I'm so glad and grateful to have worked with Sundas and her team and would recommend her to anyone!!!
We interviewed 3 agents and teams before we choose the Charlton Team. When we met with Amber Williams, she gave us the confidence that by choosing Charlton, we would be well supported. It was an easy decision to go with Charlton Advantage, knowing Amber's reputation and how she led us through the process ahead. After deciding to go ahead with Amber, her team began reaching out to us. They provided detailed information on the services available, and helped us figure out how best they would be able to support us. Amber was beside us through out the entire process. The housing market underwent a significant change as we listed our house, having Amber beside us through this, and keeping us informed, helped us get a solid offer. The support from the team continued right up and past closing day, which with the stresses involved, was greatly appreciated.
I want to give a shout out and share my experience with such an amazing realtor. @Amber Williams Buying or selling is such a daunting task and you want to make sure you have the right guidance along the way. We had the pleasure of interviewing a couple of agents and while they were both very good, we were drawn to the realness of Amber Williams. She was down to earth, realistic, ethical, laid the cards on the table and seemed like "our" kind of agent. She explained thoroughly the process, and it played out exactly how she described it. From the initial meeting, to the sign going up on the property, to closing. Exactly as planned. The Charlton Advantage Team has an entire team of experts available to assist you with any type of question you may have. For example I needed an electrician to fix something, they had a stager that helped us out and many more helpers if needed. Amber was so patient, held our hand when needed, talked me through my emotions. Selling and accepting offers is stressful. Amber was real, she didn't tell us things we wanted to hear, she told us the reality. Yes commission is important its a lot of money, but paying commission is a reality in today's market. Sure you could pay a little less but then maybe your house is on the market for longer. Or they may just list your house and walk away until it sells itself. That's not what you get with Charlton Advantage Team. They are involved every step of the way. The photos, the video, the social media, the consistent care from Amber and team was priceless. I would not hesitate again to use this company or Amber. She was a dream agent to deal with. Don't just pick an agent, interview your agents, ask them what are you going to do for me. What is my commission paying for? Listed on a Monday, multiple offers on day 3 and SOLD. What a great experience.
Kristen was fantastic. She took her time in answering all our questions and drove countless miles helping us find the perfect dream home for us to retire in. She was with us every step of the way when it came to selling our house getting Top dollar for us. She was there willing to help us however possible in getting us moved when the time came and has been in touch with us ever since. We have made a true friend in this stressful process and Kristen and the whole Charlton team have made us feel like we were their only client taking all the time needed for us to feel comfortable with our decisions. We definitely recommend Kristen and the Charlotte advantage team to anyone who values true and professional customer service.
What a Team!! We are just sad that we only met them now. From start to finish Chuck and his team were reassuring and transparent with us. We were scared to sell our house in this buyers market, but Chuck reassured us throughout the whole process. Never did we feel the realtor was not on our side or was pushing us in anyway. He is very knowledgeable and showed us so much data and stats initially that for a Math/stats major like me was a WOW in itself! Caroline also did and amazing job staging and pointing out amazing details to thinking about when selling a house. I will forever continue to recommend this team to all those I know.
Ours has been an amazing and long journey with the Charlton advantage team. I found them through Facebook late 2018 and since then up until when we finally bought our first home this year 2022, they were a consistent presence in our lives. Something that really amazes me about this team is, they made us feel like family from the get-go. Even though we were not ready to buy a home as of 2018, they kept in touch with us and each time we reached out @Amber Williams our first contact was always readily available. Over the years, we have enjoyed the yearly plans the team organizes for its clients, we have been to see movies, received free ice cream, gone bowling + good food, and even during covid when everything was closed, we got the cookie flour jar we got to bake our own cookies, it was so much fun. Trust me, if before even deciding to buy we had this much support, how do you think the experience would be shopping for houses. We started out our home search with Amber Williams and she was so amazing, very professional, warm and she knows her onions we learnt so much about real estate from her and never for once did she complain, she was just all out for us and guided us in the right direction. At some point Amber had to focus more on family and she handed us over to Kristen. We had the opportunity to work with Sundas at some point when she covered for Amber and we had a great experience with her as well. Kristen Casarin took over from Amber on our home search journey and we also had a beautiful and supportive journey with her. Kristen is very energetic, always readily available to view homes with us and her wealth of experience in this industry went a long way to guide us to finally decide on the home we bought. A common thing with these duo is they are dedicated and obviously love what they do and they work with you; I send chat messages late at night expecting a response the next day, but most often than not, I get a response that same night. they have your interest at heart and above all else, we were not rushed into picking a home at any point in time. We had unwavering support even after we settled on a home, from the reminders, to the directory home inspection contact, lawyers, cleaners, utility contacts etc- nothing was missedetc. we received support on the day of the move as well, and guess what, it did not end there, we keep receiving notes and mails from Kristen checking up on us and advising us on one thing or the other. We truly had an amazing experience with the Charlton advantage team Amber Williams and Kristen Casarin and we would highly recommend them any day, anytime. With the Charlton advantage team as your realtors, just go to sleep. We are won for life and would always go to them for our real estate needs, so should you. :
