I like the service. Thank you very much for applying for my permanent residency. My family and I are happy.
The space it’s not accessible, there’s no elevator for people with disabilities who can’t use the stairs, to add some staff members have huge attitude problem, when providing services, specifically in the violence against women and legal aid departments. The two main workers from those two departments speak in a harsh tone quite rude almost as if they were above those seeking support and assistance from them. They should really fix that attitude problem, learn how to properly communicate and speak with people in a respectful manner, quite disappointing!
I have received the best service from the Centre for Spanish Speaking People. Ana Castro is a very special person and very good with people. I appreciate all the help I received and recommended to all my friends.
Best place for Spanish speakers looking for legal advice!
Very welcoming atmosphere. Front desk receptionist is extremely pleasant.
