The Butchery, is my go to place for first rate meats. As an avid smoker, I can always count on them having a bone-in pork shoulder or full briskets in stock. Dave, Julie and their staff are knowledgeable and offer great customer service and advice!
Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great products as well. While pricey the 45-day aged Ribeye was amazing. Prices on other non-specialty cuts of meat are actually lower than the normal grocer I shop at. They have wonderful sandwiches as well. I was very pleased with my first visit and plan to be back often.
Drove all the way from Madison Heights to get some fresh pork belly because no one else in town had any on hand. Staff was super helpful, prices were outstanding, and the place was clean and smelled good. I highly recommend this market. Five big stars!

One of the best old style butcher shops around, Dave is great. Prices are fair, quality fantastic.
When I went to buy a brisket, the owner of the shop came to talk to me and guided me through his shop. The quality of his product was amazing. Great variety of sauces, rubs and all that goes with. Don't think I want to buy meat anywhere else now.

What a fantastic place! Disappointed that I didn't find it sooner! Have a couple of 48 day, dry-aged steaks going on the grill in a few minutes. Also got a pound of breakfast sausages that are absolutely perfect! I will be back often!
