Went here for lunch and the food was pretty good. I had the burger, surprise, and I thought it was a good burger. The French fires and onion rings were great. They serve alcohol which is great . We got to meet Bob and her was very nice. The place was very busy at lunch so you know it is fairly popular. They are open for dinner and have music at night sometimes. If you are looking for a good place to eat this is a good option.
The cheeseburger and fries were very good. They looked and tasted like they were homemade. Service was a bit slow but the server was delightful. Outdoor patio was crowded. Bob, the owner even came around to meet people. Would definitely come back
Food was great got our pic taken for the weekly photos. Bought a t-shirt cute place met the owner very nice fellow. We did have 2 delicious burgers there. It was top notch will be back for sureFood: 4/5
Such a humble place to experience. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and the owner Bob has such a warm soul. You don't get this customer service anymore. His staff are just as sweet as him. Thanks for the great lunch experience Bob from your Manitoban neighbor
The food is amazing and the service is excellent. We definitely recommend Bob's to anyone visiting Kenora. The owner gives a special touch to the service, coming to the tables and talking to customers. We loved it all.Food: 5/5
Very nice local burger place that seems to contribute a lot to the community. Very well priced and food overall was delicious. The smokehouse burger and poutine were both dishes that I tried and was quite pleased with. For those who care, they use dill pickles on their burgers. I took a star off, because they put onions in their burger patties which I dislike. And they also got my order wrong, missing some of my toppings on my burger.
My parents have been raving about this place for months they have a vacation home north of Kenora, so I decided to try Bob’s while I was visiting them on my vacation. Wow. Was so impressed. Waitress knew my parents, Bob came over and knew them by name and remembered lots of details. Asked me where I worked and where I was from. And, I’m 99% sure he cooked those burgers for us himself. We all ordered a Fat Bob with cheese, and we shared some avocado fries. Sooooo good, they do not make burgers like that in Toronto!!! Bought a Bob’s Burger Bar t-shirt for myself and my boyfriend. Will be back sadly it will probably be next year but honestly, you gotta eat here. Way to go Bob!
The only burger joint in Kenora. Highly recommend. I went two days back to back due to his daily specials!
Decided to stop in while waiting for our car to be ready…my wife got the Thunder Crunch Sandwich which was awesome! I’ve never seen her eat something so fast in my life! I tried the chicken bacon ranch wrap as per the suggestion of the kind waitress! Great wrap with awesome fries and gravy We will DEFINITELY be back! 5/5
