The Bulldog Uptown

Every time we come in, it’s a great experience. Impeccable service, tasty food, and great craft beer selection. One of our favorite spots in uptown :

Older bar i uptown area. Has touch tunes ! The pretzels and mac & cheese are spot on for comfort food.

Love the Hawaiian volcano burger and the beer selection is decent. They serve food late until 1am which is getting hard to find these days. Seems like a mostly local crowd with a dark neighborhood bar feelFood: 4/5

Great friendly neighborhood bar. They have a large variety of beer on tap and fun cocktails too. Their menu is not just 'bar food'. The cheese curds were fantastic! I would have given 5 * but the pork sandwich was very grizzly. The sausage plate was a fun change. The cheese burger was given 2 thumbs up. They have an outside patio, jukebox and 2 dart machines in the back. Many TVs if you want to catch your favorite sports.

The perfect level of divey atmosphere in a convenient Uptown location. Service was outstanding, and the food and wine was pretty good, too. I'll go back.Food: 4/5

The atmosphere was so cool and we loved the reggae music!! Staff was great and very friendly and we got our food served to us so quickly! Mac n Cheese was A+

The Bulldog is my favorite bar/restaurant on Lyndale. They've got a giant tap list with great Belgian and German beers that you can't find anywhere else, not to mention that they always have a couple ciders and sours that are similarly elusive. Their dogs, entrees, and wings are all great. Best of all, I have yet to visit without hearing The Clash come over the speakers!

Awesome selection of Belgian Beer, good bar food and the best regular crowd you will get to meet anywhere in Uptown. Come in and mingle with strangers and make a friend in the process. I come here often by the way.

Decent bar food and seating options. Service is spotty unless you're at the bar. TVs are from 1980s..need some large screens!Food: 4/5
