**Great place for kids and families!**nMy son and daughter have been going to Bubble Toronto for about a year now, and they always have a blast. We finally had the chance to try the laser tag recently, and it was a hit! Michelle was super helpful—you can really tell she enjoys what she does.nnI've also been to the Vaughan location, but personally, I prefer the Toronto one. The staff here are always friendly, caring, and go out of their way to make the experience fun and safe for everyone.nnIt's a really energetic and exciting environment. The jumpers can get a little wild at times, but overall it’s a great spot to let kids burn off energy. Plus, I really appreciate the benches set up for parents to relax and have a little downtime while the kids play.nnHighly recommend!
We had a great time here with the kids.nThe place is very clean and well organized; there are employees observing the kids all the time.nI like to thank Raeanna who was super helpful, she went above and beyond.nWe will be back here for sure.
We visited on December 31st. First of all the employees here are fantastic. They are observant and make sure everyone is playing safe. Very hard workers. Fun fun place that is excellent excersise for the kids and parents alike. My oldest son 5 years old got hit right in the eye from an older kid by accident but the employees brought him ice and doted on him. It was very nice and my son was good to go again after 15 minutes. Thank you to those on staff that day, amazing. You accept a smidgen of risk playing at these places and overall it's quite quite safe. My only issue with this particular location is it feels like the slides can lead to injury. I shared a couple pics but the slides are very worn out with the plastic/rubber layer completely gone and pulls back your legs hard when going down. I got two bad rug burns and my son got one. Also one seems to drop almost vertical to a hard stop. May lead to someone hurting themselves. The location in Vaughan does not have these issues.
We had my son’s 10th birthday party here and all the kids loved it. The venue is extremely clean, the team is friendly and handled the entire party greatly organised. Our party hostess was amazing with the kids too! Highly recommend The Bubble for your kid’s party.
I had a great and wonderful time here with my granddaughter and godson. They had lots of fun. They were very happy and excited. Employees were attentive, friendly, respectful and also were observing and responding to the kids needs, we had good customer care and service by one of the employees and I would like to give a special thanks to Jasenya who was super helpful she went above and beyond to make us feel loved and valued. We were very satisfied .Definitely be back here for sure. I recommend everyone to come enjoy the bubble with friends and family for a fun day activity or to celebrate your kids birthday.
