Amazing first time experience with our family. Sandeep, Thalia, and Manav we’re working tonight during our time slot. Arriving to the spot there was plenty of parking and designated parking for dropping off only.nInside the venue was very large with a family washroom as well. There is a variety of arcade games with many prizes to win. The inflatable playground was the best part: it was the most enjoyable experience for all of us. They provided slushies as well.nI would want to come here again for a birthday or work event!
such a fun experience! I went here with my cousins to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a great time. The inflatable obstacle course required a lot of energy and so we jumped until we could no longer jump. I would definitely say that this place is more navigated towards the younger crowd, it also seemed like everyone had such a great time including all the kids at the location. We did a family value pack, and we also received an arcade pass with it. This included a free drink for each of us. Honestly, I can say I had such a great time, and I would definitely recommend it to others.n10/10
We celebrated my 8-year-old son’s birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Krishna, was exceptional from start to finish. He welcomed us with a warm smile and ensured the entire event ran smoothly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.nnWe are deeply grateful to Krishna and all the staff for their outstanding service. When we ran short of food, they quickly helped us order additional pizzas, and the delivery was impressively fast. Everything was so well-organized, and we couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out.nnThank you to everyone who made the event special. Wishing you all happy holidays and a wonderful new year!
I highly recommend this place for childrens birthday parties of all ages, I recently booked a party on Saturday November 2, 2024 in party room E. My children and all their 17 other children guests had a blast..literally the feedback I got from every single parent after the party. All thanks to my party host Michelle K. and Himanshi... Michelle went above and behond with assissting me with the Sonic themed decorations for my son.. Michelle consulted with me first at every stage of the decorating and did everything according to my specifications and trust me I am very particular and picky.. So my thank you to Michelle K. for her attention to details and dedicated work snd sweat she put into my party and I am confident that Michelle K puts the same effort to every kid's party.nnI am defenetly coming back soon for my other son's birthday party in late November..My children and theirs guest got A plus customer service experience with Michelle K and for the parents quite a relief that all the stress involved in hosting a children's birthday party was professionally taken care of and gave us parents time to catch up with the other parents.nnThis is a great testament of the great management leadership behind the operation within the company superb customer service oriented and driven principles that foster employee performamce and leadership.nnKeep up the good work management Team!!!! My son had the time of his life today at the bubble. The staff at this place are amazing but I need to make special mention of Kelly Coline who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. She took note of us from the onset, recognizing it was my son's birthday and trying her best to help me handle his excited little body. She was so pleasant ! I would definitely return and encourage my friends to bring their kids along as well.
