One of the few sit down coffee shops open early. Very spacious location,great service and excellent coffee and muffins. Looks to be well attended by the locals.

Polite staff, nice ambiance, nice river front seating. Lots of wasps, my 5 year old daughter couldn't handle it me either really.. had to leave before we wanted to. Coffee was warm but not hot

Coffee was good but serving person not inspiring
One of my favourite places. The owner is sweet, hard-working and very talented. The ambience is lovely and always has tatesful touches depending on the season. A wonderful gathering place or study venue. Gluten free brownies are to die for!
I generally like this spot. Good coffee and the menu is pretty good for breakfast or lunch.
