What a joke of a store. Stopped by to look and there is a sign on the door that they will be back in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, in walks a sales person. He is then rude and ignorant when asked questions. He reminds me of a stereotypical sleazy salesman. I would not do business here if this is the type of people you hire. This was on Friday March 31 in the evening.
Thank you Andrew for helping me find the right bed for my grandson. You have helped me purchase more than one bed and it won’t be the last. Great service yet again!

My wife & I were looking to upgrade to a king mattress and when we went to the St Albert location, we had the pleasure of having Forrest help us. There was never any pressure and he was excellent with answering our questions. He was also great with our 4 year old son. We left with a new mattress that we felt very good about as we had the opportunity to test out exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Forest fergurson was amazing. As soon we got in the store, he helped us and was very friendly. He was able to help us out with our matress. We had issues at another brick but this one here in st albert was anazing service i would recomend it to anyone.
The Brick mattress store in St.albert is the Cats meow, the Bees knees, the Cats pajamas, the Hotsy Totsy! I went in to check out a sale they had on but sadly I had gotten the dates wrong, but that didn't matter to the stores awesome manager Forrest Ferguson. He promised to honor the sale prices from the sale even though it was me who was wrong and was even able to still work on lowering the price a bit more!! Forrest was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. I had a cast on my leg at the time yet he was incredibly patient with me as I hobbled around the show room at a very slow pace. My favorite thing about my experience at this location and dealing with Forrest was, I told him I was on a budget and he didn't once try to upsale me or push a more expensive mattress on me. I found a top of the line mattress at a really good price, under $900 with boxspring included. I highly recommend The Brick in St.Albert and Forrest plus all his staff.
My partner and I went to try out some new pillows and honestly had such a great experience. Curtis was great and we felt no pressure to buy anything in particular; it was more about what actually felt comfortable to each of us, rather than being shown the most expensive pillows first. Very efficient service as well, for those who don't necessarily want to stay and be salesman-schmoozed into buying a pillow for hours on end. Impeccable service! Will be back when we need a mattress as well!!!
We had an amazing experience thanks to Curtis. He was covering at our local Spruce Grove Store. We bought a bed based on his excellent customer service. We would defiantly consider going to St Albert just for his help.
