Francisco was a great help. Very polite and understood that I had a smaller budget to work with. Highly recommend having him assist when visiting the store.
Antonio Leblond is a perfect seller in the Brick but he is not honest with the customers. First, he said if you buy the extra warranty, after the ending time, they will refund the money that you paid for the warranty. But it was not right. They will give you a credit for buying another thing in brick. He was patient and the no-honest guy He recommended to us the best price but after a while, we found that there was not a good price. Next time I will come back and buy nothing from him. Also, the in-charge manager or supervisor behaved toward me disrespectfully.
Khorshid was very professional and answered all my questions. All my issues were address efficiently and effectively. I will definitely be coming back to seek further help on future projects! Thank you again!

We shopped at the Brick in Granby, Quebec to purchase a new Television in store. It was to have been delivered today. My husband decided to call and ask at what time. He was told that it would not be delivered cause they did not have enough orders from the warehouse in Montreal, we were not given any notice from the sales lady or the manger about this. Now they promised for next week, so we wait and see. I will not be returning to shop there again. I will stay with Leon's and Brault& Martineau.
