The Brick Oven

We stopped in for lunch to see what buffalo wings in Buffalo were like. I also liked their Pizza a lot. The restaurant was clean, the service reasonably fast, and our waitress was helpful and friendly.

Good service the timing was right on. I want to start with the Margarita Pizza this pizza was nice and crispy undercarriage the sauce was spot on overall good pizza I give it a 7.4 out of 10 Luna's. The plain cheese pizza what's a little under cooked but still good flavor nice cheese I'll score this pizza 7.2 out of 10 Luna's.

They hadn't started serving dinner yet when we went. Split a pizza for a late lunch and it was just right. Nice job!

The brick oven bistro has one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Buffalo. Pat our waiter was superb the atmosphere is more adult than family and a great place for an after work dinner or an evening out. Casual dining great food great service.

Friendly staff, excellent food and huge portions. A little pricey but worth the trip.

Warm, friendly people. A comfortable atmosphere. We live nearby so it's a place we'll always stop at. One word of advice, don't order wings close to the kitchen closing time. Otherwise, it's a great place!!

We stopped here for lunch with friends and we were not disappointed. Our waitress was very friendly as we're all staff members. The food was fantastic, very well flavored, hot and plentiful. I would gladly recommend The Brick Oven Bistro.
