The customer service wasn't that great. The products are typical of the brick I guess. Got a good deal on a mattress because of the sale at the time. To be honest if the sale wasn't going on, I would not have bought anything. Store is clean and organized though.

Do not buy the warranty !!!! I purchase about 8k of furniture with this company, and because of the amount, I got insurance that was said to cover pretty much anything from kids drawing on the furniture to wine stains. A few months later, the white leather dining room chairs I purchased are covered in blue because if anyone sits on them with jeans, it’s automatically rubs off onto the chairs and stains them. I called and wanted to get new chairs, so they took a look at my chairs and said they will not cover them under the insurance because it’s normal wear and tear and not the manufacturing’s fault. So you will cover wine stains and children’s drawings but not stains from jeans? Which really shouldn’t happen. Every person who sits on my chairs are horrified when they get up and see what they have done. I’ve owned a lot of white leather in my life and have never experienced an issue like this. Never shopping here again, and I strongly warn others not to get the warranty. They will lie about what is covered on it and then deny you when it happens.

We ordered a sectional couch from The Brick in November of 2016. We asked for delivery to our new house in January 2017. When the couch was delivered half of the feet were missing. After calling the store and being told repeatedly to keep looking for the feet, we were told that they could ship us replacement feet but it would take 2 weeks. I told them to come pick up the couches as I did not eant them if they didn't have half the feet. They fumbled for solutions to not jave to pick up the couches but did not make an easy solution. After No success on the phone, I went to the store and requested feet off of a floor model. The sales people begrudgingly took the set of feet off a floor model. Now 3 weeks after our year warranty has expired the wood frame inside one side of the sectional has broken causing the cushions to sink back into the couch. We called and asked if there was anything the company could do and they said No. Disappointing quality for the money paid. Very poor customer service and pushy sales people. I will never return to The Brick.

This location had the worst customer service. I purchased a bed set with warranty and asked them to get it fixed since the board broke, they gave me the worst attitude and said no because they don’t carry the piece anymore. One of the representatives said that they couldn’t help me and that I purchase something else, another one rolled his eyes when I was about to walk out the store, a lady that works their with ombré hair started laughing at the situation. I do not recommend buying anything from there because most likely ur not going to get ur furniture fixed or replaced!!!!

So we were met by MANY salespeople when we entered the store, we settled on a gorgeous bedroom set, great price, sales guy was very nice, not pushy. We were told it could be up to 21 days to get our furniture. Well we got a partial delivery, missing the dresser , not told when we would get it, just it was on back order. We called a few times, still on back order, no date. Asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call us back that night, no one did. Called again told that they were expecting it to be delivered to them on Oct 26th and when I said that we should receive some sort of compensation for this we were offered a $50 gift card, no reason why the manager didn't call. Called today, still waiting for it to get to warehouse, no reason why we weren't notified that it still wasn't in. Its been about 7 weeks at this point, what good is a gift card when I will likely NEVER order anything from here again? I get things happen "beyond their control" but COMMUNICATE with your customers, don't make me have to keep calling, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience. Obviously customer service STOPS at point of sale.
