The Brick

Juanita was a great help with purchase of my kitchen appliances. I made a mistake on the style of refrigerator that would fit my space so she corrected it with no problems. And when my stove arrived with a dent and bent warming drawer it was replaced with no hassles. Would shop at The Brick again.

Terrible, terrible service. Ordered a washer and dryer set, bed, and couch. We were told the bed was a platform style, which it was not, no apology or anything. The washer and dryer were a special order, but took twice as long to get in as the salesman said, (7 weeks instead of 3) once again, no apology or anything. The delivery/install crew was incompetent, and only stacked the washer and dryer, but couldn't figure out how to install it properly. Would not recommend. Better going somewhere else.

I ordred 2 recliner. Were supposed to be here by Dec.22.2018. They phoned and said wouldn't be here til Dec. 30th. It is now Jan. 02 and haven't heard a thing from them. When they called and changed it to Dec. 30th they said it won't change again. I guess not just don't call. Also they want. $99.99 to deliver. WTH

Worse customer service experience that I've ever been subjected to. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
