Needed to find a custom sized box, and Red helped me out with some great advice on how to make one out of the materials they had on site. I purchased what I needed and it worked great. Excellent service, highly recommend them.
Great quality boxes at the lowest price we found. Had a few calls with the team about delivery etc. and they were friendly and accommodating. Bonus to support local.
There are a few places near me that sell boxes, but none offer the selection, more competitive prices, or better/ friendlier service than The Box Guys.
The Eastern Avenue team at The Box Guys are terrific. I put my order in yesterday, they called me to verify within 30 minutes and it was at my door first thing this morning. It doesn't get better than that. On top of that, they were nice, kind and fun to deal with.
Best prices for high quality moving boxes in Toronto, with free delivery over $100! FANTASTIC customer service, polite, and super responsive, and they even managed to squeeze in a delivery for me to get my boxes to me ASAP. Even offered to carry them inside for me, as they were heavy! Getting ready to place my second order now. Shop local, and support small business! Highly recommend.

Great products and even more important great and friendly service! We put in our order online late last night and they were able to accommodate us for early pick up this morning. We ordered 3 different sizes of moving boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape. All great quality, and boxes easy to assemble.
Ordered online from Bermuda to have boxes delivered for a move in Toronto. Easy ordering, good prices and great customer service. Call to set up delivery time and boxes received as ordered. Will definitely use again!
Really fantastic experience. Ordered a packing kit for a 1 bedroom apartment. Having looked around a few places The Box Guys had the best rate and mix of things in the package. Placed the order on a Wednesday, within minutes of placing the order I got a call to confirm that they have received the order and to let me know the package will arrive next day. The package arrived promptly and on time. The person who delivered was incredibly friendly and very kind and brought all the stuff up to our suite door. 5/5 can't recommend The Box Guys enough.
The Box Guys are Amazing, really amazing! I spent a couple of days on multiple websites Uline, Home Depot, Uhaul, Amazon and others trying to find and order large moving boxes over 20" dimensions, but each had a problem, either not big enough or very expensive, or no shipping option or takes 2 weeks to deliver and some shipping costs a kidney!! I ended up googling moving boxes and found The Box Guys in a blog. Found my perfect box size 20*20*26, amazing price, free shipping on over $100 order and 2-3 business days delivery. Surprisingly, I ordered on Saturday it took exactly 24 hours to get it delivered with two phone calls from them confirming shipping and delivery! Will definitely recommend and buy in future when needed. Thank you Guys!
