Amazing staff, terrific service and full care about what one needs.  Got some lovely tips, so very helpful advice and in testament to the people there, Bodyshop is still as special as it was when I walked in the first time as a teenager goodness knowa how many years ago to buy my first lipstick. Very helpful staff who guided me to a perfect present for my mums birthday. Even managed to notify me of some deals to save me some money. Highly recommended and will definelty go again for Christmas shopping!

Rude staff arguing with my mum about a product saying you don't have the satsuma body lotion and never have it doesn't exist.. yet it's on your website? This is regarding your staff on Thursday afternoon. No offer of a bag, chucked the receipt on the table and absolutely no manners. Really disappointed

Staff very helpful went in for a perfume I saw advertised unfortunately I did not like the aroma. With their advice and sample I purchased a delightful perfume called Vibrant Bergamot. Thank you

The staff here were so friendly. I came in looking for a face wash and walked out with a lot of items.  I went in to use my birthday voucher they give you if you have a body shop members card and my server wished me a happy birthday which was really heartwarming.  The shop is well laid out and kept really clean. I also got a free sample of the Himalayan Charcoal Cleanser which is really good.

I visited the Kingston Branch twice recently. The first time the lovely Zama, looked after my friend, and made sure she got the best products brushes to create the looks she wanted. I was so impressed  I made plans to visit a few days later.  Zama gives you a very personalized experience. You feel like the only person in the shop as she builds your look. She listens you concerns and gives you options that best suit your skin care needs, whether they're a part of the bodyshop range or not.  I left with products that I feel really enhance my skin and help me to achieve the looks I needed for a general look and a future event. And most of all I'm happiest because she took the time to avoid my allergens.  Special appreciation to Domilicious and the rest of the team who worked really well togther and delayed their their lunch breaks to ensure I could have such a positive experience on this day.  Thank you all!

Bought this a few days ago in the sale area only to go back home and realise there was a hole in the bottom l, don’t know what I should do with this. The expiry of opening is 12mths don’t know how long this  has been broken

Staff were sooooo helpfull i was in & out in about 5 min with another little present for my misses

Visited the store today, served by Dom. Dom was so helpful as I didn’t know what to buy. Wish him well in managing Soho.
