STAY AWAY!!!! BEWARE!!! It is unthinkable to think there is a luxury car service department with this lack of disregard and respect. I could not believe the service I received when I took in my 645i in for service in April. The moment I walked in all I saw was miserable and dissatisfied people. I was standing by the door for 5 minutes before anyone asked my what the hell I was there for, so much for making an appointment. The girl at the front desk didn't even ask me to have a seat while she was filing up my paper work for the courtesy car which they charge $30 for, why is it called a courtesy car if they charge for. Hell even KIA gives you a free courtesy car but I wish that was the biggest problem. Long story short after $2700 spent my car is worse off than it was when I took it in. YES i know dealerships charge more but I expected the service to make up for the extra costs BUT THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE. After talking to the MANAGER, am taking about the store manager, Koren C I was reminded of what a mistake I made by taking my car to them. She was obnoxiousness and opinionated and desperately tried to put on a happy front and told you what you wanted to hear but in reality she was trying to just get rid of a client. I wish I had read all this reviews before taking my car to them and hope this will save someone else a headache.

Fantastic sales experience! Gave us the time we needed to try the car we wanted and offered other alternatives with an easy no pressure attitude. Curtis my sales person was great and went the extra mile staying late to complete the paperwork. Great after sale service as well. Love the car and would recommend Curtis and The BMW store.

I’ve owned Volvo’s, Audi’s and Volkswagen’s, but I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience at a service department than here with the BMW Store. I brought my BMW 328i in for its first oil change this week and I had an excellent experience. The staff are informative, hard working and friendly. The service on my car is top notch, it runs smooth as butter. The washing/detailing is top grade. I was helped by Tom Partovi, he is the most hard working and helpful service advisor I’ve had. He is busy but always makes time to answer questions and make helpful suggestions. I used to dread taking my vehicles in for any type of servicing, but since buying my BMW and bringing it to Tom here at the BMW Store I enjoy getting my vehicle serviced! If I could give this service department 10 stars, I would. I strongly and highly recommend bringing your car here! You will be happy you did.

On my 4th lease with Neil Shah, referred many more. Will probably do a few more leases with Neil until I can't drive a BMW anymore. Its a reflection of the established trust in the relationship and the quality of his service and expertise I've received over the years. There are only a handful with his depth of experience and attitude towards getting the acquisition done right. His presentation of the lease details are very clear and efficient - which I value as it saves me time (and reduces the fuss over the decision making process). He is also very patient - has helped a few of my friends with a long decision making cycle evaluate the various lease options and features - to enable the appropriate financial analysis and the emotional decision making process associated with acquisition. This dealership also has one of the best service department I've experienced so far and their team members are customer service oriented. Maintenance issues and questions are efficiently resolved and my downtime is kept to a minimum - including the process of arranging their complimentary pick-up and drop offs at regular maintenance intervals. The combined sales and service lets me enjoy my car ownership experience - for the entire acquisition, ownership, and disposition cycle - efficiently and cost effectively. If you are looking for a BMW, I recommend that you see him - and compare. Book your time with him in advance, state your desired goals and let him prepare for you before you see him. He is busy, for a reason - like all professionals who are good at what they do.

Raffi from the service department is very helpful and explains everything in details. They also have the best guest shuttle service. I brought my car in today for maintenance and took their shuttle home. I needed to go other places after that so I drove another family car. My car got some issues so it stuck in the middle of the road. Then, the guest shuttle driver George who drove me home earlier saw me and pulled over his car and came to me and asked if I need any help. He then helped me to drove my car to the side of the street and roughly checked the car to ensure everything is ok. I will definitely recommend this store to others. This BMW store has the best service and people! Appreciated!
