Story

Our establishment began as a micro bakery in 2009. Since then we have added a creative culinary team and strive to produce food that you cannot normally make at home. We pride ourselves on using local, fresh and "healthy" ingredients and having a seasonal menu that changes frequently.

Best bakery Cafe in Akron area. Took my parents a few weeks ago and had some amazing food and service. Enormous portions of food and great coffee from angel falls coffee. Imagine a croissant the size of your head with butter and a cup of hot coffee then add a savory breakfast.

Our group of four had never eaten at The Blue Door. Our server, Ben (in addition to being handsome and charming) also does the ordering of food for the restaurant. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and provided attentive service. The food....ahhh, the food was so good! The talented chef performs food magic! The flavor of each bite builds as you chew. We ordered a variety of items, and all were phenomenal. Prices are moderate. Go early for the best selection of baked goods.

The most amazing dishes. All with high quality ingredients and very nutritious. I've never been disappointed. Plus delicious coffee! This small restaurant is packed on the weekend, and it's no wonder

Can not beat this place for a good breakfast or brunch. Incredible food with good options, friendly staff and a fun, inviting environment. One of my favorite breakfast places!

Pricey, but delicious and organic. Freshly made changing menu with organic ingredients. This past brunch food menu = sandwiches, salads, quiches, egg combos, crepes, drinks (including alcoholic), a la carte options. The croissants are huge. Dining area is clean and comfortable.
