The restaurant was absolutely packed, but the server was so attentive. He took my name and let me know it would be a 30-minute wait for a table of 5. At first, when he said 'If I put your name down, you have to come back,' I thought he was being a bit blunt, but I decided to give it a shot since I really wanted to try this place.nnTo my surprise, 30 minutes later, he not only had our table ready but actually remembered my name! I was so impressed. On top of the great service, the food quality was amazing. He recommended two desserts, and they were both phenomenal. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Quebec!
We were a party of four, and we really enjoyed our brunch as well. We ordered the Sucrée wraps and Eggs Benedict, and everything was excellent. Those guys are awesome!nnClod, our server, was kind, nice, sweet, and very friendly. We talked a lot about French cuisine, Québec City, and more. I highly recommend this place!
Le Billig was one of our favourite dining experiences in Quebec City. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the young French gentleman who took care of us. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was incredibly warm, hospitable, and welcoming. We actually ended up returning a second time during our visit because of how great the experience was.nnThe crêpes were absolutely delicious, especially the scallop crêpe made with locally sourced U10 scallops. Even now that I’m back in Toronto, I still find myself craving that dish. Everything tasted fresh, well balanced, and thoughtfully prepared.nnThis place gets very busy during peak hours, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. Definitely a must visit when in Quebec City.
The waiters here are very friendly, but it's also a very French experience just relax and wait for them to come to you!nnOverall, I really love the crepes here. They use buckwheat, which gives them a fantastic chewy texture and a grain aroma. The menu has a wide variety of options, so you can't go wrong picking whatever catches your eye!
Looking for great crepes, this is the place. From salmon to basic ham and eggs. The buckwheat crepes were well-done. The sweet crepes are addictive. I loved it
