Samuel Baldit Martinez is the most amazing human ever. I walked in with my bike in pieces not knowing what to expect. Sam was the most helpful person I’ve ever met and was so respectful in guiding me through the entire process of putting together my custom bike. I’m so happy with how it turned out and I’m forever grateful to Sam for being so patient and kind to me during the entire process. We need more people like him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing anything done. Very knowledgeable and polite. Cheers amigo!
The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. The service shop got my sons' bikes tuned up and ready to get back on the trails. The sales team showed me the ropes around the showroom, They were attentive to my requests and took the time to explain the pro/cons of each bike within my budget until I found the perfect fit for my husband. Win/Win! Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new bike or gear!
Shout out to Jeff at the Bike Zone in Mississauga for hooking me up with my new ride. He took the time to ask me questions about where I ride, and then helped me make the right choice for the type of trail riding I like to do. I'd also like to thank the other Jeff who spells his name D-A-V-E for his friendly advice and recommendations. If you've never been to this store and you're looking for a new ride, you owe it to yourself to drop by. The inventory of bikes and accessories is amazing!
Wow! This spot is a paradise for cyclist. From mountain biking to road bikes, and all the apparel accessories you can think of they have it. Glad I went with them, Dave was very helpful and fast to order what I wanted. Further, Dave is not pushy at all, the perfect sales guy you want. I'll be back for more in the future. Bike Zone helped me with all of my biking needs. I have purchased both my road bike and came back a few weeks after to purchase my Mountain bike. Ivo has been my go to person at Bike Zone, and I really appreciate his knowledge, expertise, and honesty when I was looking around for some answers in regards to bikes in general. Thanks to Dave as well for the bike fitting experience, and allowing me to get acclimated to my road bike as a newbie, and Sam for his valuable inputs and guidance for a proper bike maintenance. Big Thank you to Jordan and Dave. My experience was top notch and I would recommend the Bize Zone to my friends. Service was great, communication was great, and always nice to geek out on bikes with people who are bike geeks.
The guys at the service counter and sales counter were clear and diligent with their work. I was given an informative choice between repairing my mountain bike or updating to something newer. In the end, I decided to give up my 15 year old baby and move onto the Legacy Conqueror. Sam, Dave, and Evo were all great with the time they took to explain details to me and assist me with making my decision. A special thanks to Ivo for his extra time and assistance with me. Would definitely recommend this bike shop for future customers and I will come back next spring for my free spring tune up.
sam helped me out! store was pretty busy but he came quick and helped me out had great suggestions very friendly and answered all questions I had and even taught me some things! This is an amazing store with extremely knowledgeable people working at the store. I bought my bike Scott with Dami and the entire process was so smooth and nice that I got my friend to buy an e-bike legacy and a bunch of accessories and we had tonnes of questions which were patiently and expertly answered by Dami, Sami and Evo. I got my son a SE Bikes Big Flyer 29er and thanks Alexei/Alexey for the help and hooking my son up with dope gloves. They even took 15min to look over the bike to make sure it was all good. Thanks also to Cole for coming outside with tools to help fit the bike into the suv. Thanks to anyone else who offered their help while we where browsing. I hope to come back and get myself a SE Bikes 29er.
