Stephen and his team are top notch - both in sales service but more importantly ongoing service for my bikes. Every single person in the Bike Gallery seems to know their stuff and takes the time to truly be helpful. Great shop.
Great local bike shop! They've fixed small issues with my bike right away, and are patient in explaining and showing me how to do it by myself. Their prices for parts are more than reasonable better than MEC or any other bike stores I've been to.
I came here for a road bike to use in triathlons, and Stephen was super helpful. He knew what I needed and made sure that I got the best possible bike in a timely manner. The fitting was great and everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Stephen and his staff will go above and beyond to help their customers, even during the high season. After visiting some bike shops around Vancouver, it became clear to me that Bike Gallery has the most willing to help personnel in Vancouver. Also, the store has a price match guarantee, which is excellent!
