The Big Salad

Has a wide variety of healthy choices including salad, wraps, sandwiches, and soups. My favorite is build your own salad. Very fresh. Service is great and don't be afraid to be vocal/clear about what you want.

Twice in six months the salads have been disappointing. The lettuce has been slimy and rotten. Called to speak to manager she didn’t seem to care. Owner was to call me, but it’s been two weeks and no call. Obviously customer satisfaction or good quality food matters to The Big Salad of Novi.

Friendly staff, prompt service. Clean and well run. Just a bit too pricey.

My salad in a wrap was pretty good. I got the Southwest and I liked having the Doritos in the wrap. However, it was very obvious the girl making my wrap was new and training and no one was out helping her. I had to wait WAY too long...took the girl too much time just to wrap the darn thing. Help your new employees more!

It's like the cold stone creamery of salads. You get to pick your lettuce and toppings and watch as they mix it together. Clean store with fast service and fresh ingredients. They have sandwiches too. It's a great alternative to regular fast food.

Good salads and fast service. Employees are friendly and fast - especially Shaunece sp?. She is so nice and unbelievably fast!

You must try the Spicy Ranch Club! My office is now big fans of Big Salad. As part of our weekly routine, we have incorporated the Big Salad into our cycle. Very good food, salads are BIG and employees are very helpful and polite.

Delicious and creative salads, good soups. Haven't tried the sandwiches but they look good. Very friendly and accommodating staff and clean restaurant!
