Two star only because it's the only option in the area that isn't a bed and breakfast but it was a horrible experience. It wouldn't have been so bad if their staff was more welcoming or even acknowledged their shortcomings. Be prepared to review your bill to make sure you weren't over charged. We booked a superior room where they've advertised there's a fireplace in the room. After check in our room didn't have a fireplace and their only response is that not all have a fireplace. This would be fine if they didn't advertise that that room type has a fireplace. No apologies. When we got a room with a fireplace, it didn't work and changed rooms twice before giving up that none of them worked. On top of that, there's a resort fee of 18% which is steep for essentially no service because their pool and hotub were also closed up to conserve energy. My bill's resort fee didn't match up to 18% so when I asked about it they change it right away and didn't say sorry or offer an explanation. Almost sounds like this happens all the time? I'd definitely advise to stay far far away.

We had a gift voucher for a "Two-day, one night stay in superior accommodations" valid through September 2018. The host named Joey was rude when calling to make our reservation; he said the superior room was available but our voucher was only good for mid-week. I was then transferred to the "administrative services" where a lady who claimed to be in charge of all gift vouchers also said our voucher was only good for mid-week even though it did not say that on the voucher. She then said she would honor the voucher but we could only use it during their non-busy ski season. What a joke this place is. That is a poor way to run a business. You collect money off a fundraising gift voucher and then decide to make up rules after the fact to benefit your business.

Great place for Nordic ski through Mahoosic Pathways not for profit. Trails well maintained and staff is friendly. Have only had lunch at the inn but overall cozy and low-key small town Maine resort feel.

Surprisingly good food with good service as long as no big parties show up (which they often will). The place is picturesquely quaint but could definitely use some upgrades. Shower was out of hot water by 8:30am today. Trails are pretty well maintained (xc at least) but costs additional money to use. The heated outdoor pool is a wonder, however, especially when snowing. 8/10

Very comfortable. We had two rooms. One had micro and fridge, one didn't. So you want to be specific. However, the one without had a phenomenal view. A lot of character and charm. Extremely peaceful. ...
