The first time I went to the bench to get a ring made, I went in knowing nothing about jewellery. I left that day feeling like I could reliably ask questions and make requests to have the perfect ring. Open communication and timely updates lead were consistent. The quality of the ring was great, or at least good enough for my now fiance to say yes. I would highly recommend the fine people at The Bench!

It was a grand experience to bring Darcy an idea for a custom bracelet to see if what I imagined was possible. With possibilities, alternatives and challenges all considered it was concluded the project was do-able with some adjustments but it would still be compatible with the original concept. "Custom" seems such an inadequate word when you see the craftsmanship and talent that goes into crafting a one of a kind work of art from an idea presented. Darcy produced that one of a kind work, an absolutely beautiful formidable looking gold bracelet that exceeded my greatest expectations. Many thanks to Darcy and all at The Bench that played a part in its creation. Bill Motiuk.

The most wonderful experience working with The Bench Jewellery. Customized an engagement ring for my daughter using one of my diamonds. Went above and beyond to have it ready on time for her fiancé to give it to her on her birthday. From the initial contact to the finished product, they were pleasant and accommodated all of our needs and more. Will recommend them to everyone.

I had an exceptional experience dealing with Joanne and Darcy. I came with my ideas for recreating a lost wedding ring set. Throughout the process there was excellent communication and many options were presented. The final products were delivered on time, on budget and were of the highest quality. I highly recommend their services.
