The Beer Store - Queen and River

Ok, I've never left a review for the beer store... But the young dude working there today deserves a review. He was helpful, energetic, wanted to help me find the perfect beer and offered all kinda suggestions. I didn't need any of that, but it honestly felt great that he cared so much. In this day in age, for a beer store worker to take time to engage with a customer.... Manager, listen up, that's the employee to foster and build a brand around. Kudos to the older vet there showing him the ropes, high marks for service gents.

Dont like the "beer store" but staff here is top notch they treat all with dignity.

One star for staff. Beer stores are basically the same. This is for one guy who works at this store and is a complete rude. I lived in the region for a year and every time this employee was at the store I was badly treated and was even yield at. I felt bad every time on my way home. I have seen him having the same attitude over other clients. If a person has problems and can not leave them at home, this person should not go to work. Again this review is for one of their employees. The other employees were always great to ok.

Staff were grumpy today and then so were the customers.

Classic Beer store - old time staff, they carry my beer - that's all that matters to me. I wear a subtle hockey hat, not many know what it stands for, the hockey loving staff do. It's the type of place it is, serving regent park for decades.
