Did not use rooms. Went to restaurant. I have never ever given a bad review on a restaurant as i understand most situations. I ordered nachos. I did not have a chip bigger than my thumbnail. Looks like someone emptied the bottom of the bag onto my plate. Brought this to the waitress attention she said she would bring it to kitchen attention. No attempt at all for resolution. Wife's chicken wrap was good. Paid the $20 for my nachos never ate them and left. Won't be back. Quality of food should be the same all day noon or 7 pm like when I was there.
Bavarian Inn is a beautiful hotel. The bed is big and very comfortable. The room also has a microwave and a table, and it’s very easy to adjust the temperature just like at home. Everything is clean and beautifully maintained. There’s also a great park right near the room. It’s truly wonderful. I happily give it five stars!
We stayed at the Bavarian Inn for 2 nights to attend a family function. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. the linens and bedding were clean. Everything worked. You can definately tell that there have been substantial updates.nBut there was issues with cleanliness.nOur shower was plugged with hair and soap scum. The management took care of it once we made them aware.nThe fridge worked, but the ice build up in the small freezer was intimidating and useless.nAnd the cobwebs were very noticeable as well as dust build up on the bathroom heater and floor trim.nOverall, it worked. And the view is wonderful!nAnd the best of all is the short walk accross the street for good coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich at The Copper Bean Cafe! I will definately stop there again.nWould I go back to the Bavarian Inn? Probably.
This is an older motel with refurbished suites. Spotlessly clean with gorgeous new bathrooms. If you are looking for hotel-like service like room service, this is not for you. The restaurant has great food, awesome staff. I found the room quite quiet even though the motel was full. It is centrally located with lots of home style food nearby. We went to the Bruce Mines Fall Fair and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a great trip overall. The motel restaurant no longer served Bavarian food.
Rooms are clean. Mehul the person on reception for the inn was very nice and helpful. Not a lot of food options around though, the restaurant does good food but the lady at the counter seemed a bit short with us. We ordered food to take to the rooms upstairs, they couldnt offer any disposable plates / cutlery even after being requested.
