The Bagel Place

Bagels are amazing and there are plenty of options to choose from. They had a weeklh special apple cheddar bagel and it was one of the best bagels I have had. If you order in store expect to wait 15-20 minutes there is always a line so I would recommend ordering online and picking up. Definitely recommend picking up the packs of day old bagels for extremely cheap. They are still pretty good quality.

Very friendly staff, nice selection of breakfast bagels and locally brewed coffee.

Get lunch here pretty frequently. Have always ordered online, in advance for pickup. I cannot speak to in-person dining, but the takeout experience has been easy and efficient and the food is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. Good lunch spot and good pricing compared to other "similar" establishments in the area.

They do have great bagels... So in that regard, I recommend them. But if your like me.. you want cream cheese and not just a spread so thin it could pass for butter. Wish I could post a photo of the bagel I got. Almost to dry to eat.

I do not recommend using the online ordering. Food was ordered online at 10:14 am with an estimated pick up time of 11:10. I arrived to pick up my bagel at 11:10, it is currently 11:35 and I am still waiting for the bagel. I understand being busy but I wish they would turn off the online ordering as I could have ordered a bagel through the line and had it by now!

I grew up and came of age not far from New York's Lower East Side - Ground Zero for the best bagels in the world. I know good bagels and these guys are right up there at the top of the list. Further... Driving by after hours a few weeks ago, these guys actually stopped what they were doing, opened their locked doors and I got some of the best bagels ever... These guys go above and beyond the call of duty... Highly Recommend....

I have lived near this place for a while, I go in the staff are friendly, they always have a full restaurant, the food is not as desirable as you'd think. I did not complain or ask for a refund except for this last time, I am someone who will always give the service industry many chances before complaining, I've worked in the industry for many years. They've made my orders wrong more than a dozen times, I mostly kept going there because I really loved their buffalo cheddar bagel but I will not be patronizing the business anymore. I can understand a couple mistakes but this is unreal. Seems like they need to pay their employees more so that they're motivated to make the food correctly or something obviously needs to change. Would not recommend this establishment to anybody.

This is the first time I have ever left a review for ANYTHING. I'm easy to please, and rarely complain...especially about food. I have to say I was very disappointed in this place. Waited 25 minutes for 2 basic bagels toasted. They were both cold, and the one with just butter had chunks of unmelted butter on it. I brought them both back in. Tough to mess up a toasted bagel with melted butter. Many people had their orders wrong while I was there. Not sure how you run a bagel business when you can't get a bagel right.

Good reliable bagel spot with chipper, friendly staff, delicious bagels, quick service, and the standard selection of bagel-based breakfast sandwiches. Great for takeout, but plenty of seating if you'd like to eat in.
