The line was long, the prices were reasonable and the selection was excellent. This little place wears it's name proudly and you won't be dissappointed! I got a sandwich, a bagel w cream cheese, buffalo wedges and a brownie. All were excellent! 5 stars
We just moved from Long Island and we were hoping to find a good bagel spot in the area. We tried Bagel Factory and unfortunately were disappointed. The staff was friendly but they definitely seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people ordering. The everything bagels had a good taste, but were small and I would say maybe a little stale. My biggest complaint however was the minimal amount of cream cheese on my bagel itself. The whole surface of both sides of my bagel did not have enough cream cheese to cover it. Definitely disappointing about the cream cheese, especially for the price.
Counter people are quite nasty. I personally won't be going back. The bagels are good, but I will buy bagels. Elsewhere in the future. I don't go to food establishments to be treated badly.
Very good food, but the meat lovers omelette would be better with chicken.
The bagel factory is the absolute best spot for bagels in the area. Their bagels and cream cheese are out of this world, and their breakfast sandwiches are great as well although they do take a bit of time to prepare when they are busy! Get there EARLY to avoid long lines and sold out items.
This establishment is completely unsafe. It is so unsafe that they ENCOURAGE you to bring a weapon with you into their store. Ignoring their blatant racism with that statement, this alone is enough to stop me, a repeat customer, from ever going here again. Not to mention their lox gave me food poisoning because they use the same knife for fish, butter and, cream cheese. I no longer recommend this establishment to anyone in the Binghamton area.
Not worth the money. I ordered a whole wheat bagel with butter and a friend asked for a sesame with lox, cream cheese and onion. The whole wheat had what I can only call a suggestion of butter and the sesame had three thin slices of lox, hardly any cream cheese and just a few slivers of onion. When I mentioned the paltry amount of salmon to the counter person it made no difference . The total for these 2 items was almost $12, with the lox bagel being almost $8. Certainly not coming back. Shame, because it's a short drive...
Place has a line out the door but they are closed! BS its 12:05 on a Saturday place was filled with people. Foods great service sucked!
My favourite bagel shop in the area!
The food is still great...but...The definitely started giving you less home fries for the same price if not more. The charges for additions is not cool, and what happened to calling in your order or placing an order online??!! It is a nightmare standing in line behind "Students" Love their breakfast sandwiches. Excellent hangover food! Brownies are to die for .
