Ryan was super helpful with the process of doing my claim. Even stayed later so I could pick my car up cause I live out of town. Auto Shoppe did a really good job with the repair and paint. I had to have a new bumper, radiator and condenser installed on my 2015 hyundai sonata from hitting an animal. I dropped it off at 8am yesterday and it was done around 430pm the next day. I can say that my car looks brand new again.

Having been fortunate enough to not be involved in any kind of vehicle accident before, I was clueless as to the process required re claiming against the other party's insurance company, my insurance company, repairs, interim vehicle rental, etc. All I had to do was ask the initial questions at The Auto Shoppe and from that minute through to the completion of the repairs on my vehicle, the great staff there handled everything for me. Work was completed in the time frame they quoted, and the work done on my vehicle is perfect! The Auto Shoppe staff made the whole experience of dealing with a vehicle accident absolutely painless. Beautiful shop, great customer service, great work on my vehicle and fun people to guide me through it all. Thank you to Jenn and Vance for taking care of me - it is sincerely appreciated.
