The Audiologist was so helpful, kind and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and offered good advice.
Good service and a friendly environment. The audiologist took the time to explain my hearing test results and how a hearing aid would benefit me. Being able to use my iPhone to adjust the volume settings and different hearing aid programs has been great feature of my new aids. I would recommend this clinic to our friends and family.
The audiologist is knowledge and patience. He is willing to listen and help my husband with his questions. We will definitely return in the future and recommendations to our friends. The staff is very pleasant and friendly.
I found Bill Nelson a few years ago on the day he opened his office. This was a fortunate discovery as he has treated my hearing loss wonderfully over the years. He even came in on a Saturday, when he was off work, just to treat an urgent situation. Bill is courteous, efficient, and an excellent audiologist.
I have been dealing with the Toronto Hearing Centre for a number of years, and always receive nothing but the best service. From the time I first purchased my hearing aids, through subsequent regular hearing aid checkups, the experience is always a positive one. This establishment is highly recommended.
