The Assembly Hall is a vibrant City of Toronto community cultural centre. It primarily serves as a rental facility, providing space to many of Toronto's arts, heritage and community groups and is available for both public and private use.
The Assembly Hall is located on the scenic Lakeshore Grounds in South Etobicoke. This beautifully restored century-old building has undergone a major renovation by the City of Toronto, which preserved its historic charm, blended with modern updates and amenities. The Assembly Hall reopened in June 2001 as a multi-purpose community cultural centre, offering a performance hall, community meeting rooms and gallery space.
