Terrible customer service and communication. Booked a piercing here. First off, no answer on the phone after several attempts and message left. I texted the number listed. A day later I had a response. Vague and limited info provided. Once the piercing was done over priced I could NOT get in touch with them again when I had a follow up question. They do not care their clients, just want to take your money. Unprofessional and left me without follow up question answered. Absolutely would not recommend this place.
I met with Shawn and He disapproved of the tattoos I already had and made me feel unsafe as a client in trying to find out what my needs were. I was not warmly greeted by him and felt like I tattoos were going to be rushed and not dne the way I wanted since he wouldn't listen to me and I needed to keep reminding him. Got pierced here a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! For all my piercings prior I had only gotten them done at one place, but then I moved and needed somewhere new to go. I was nervous to find a new parlor, but felt confident in the environment, it was clean and professional. My piercing is healing well and I will be back.
A friend and I got our nipples pierced here probably about two years ago and I haven’t had any issues with healing and hardly any pain at all during the piercing and after. When this shop closed down another one of my friends went to a different shop and it wasn’t done nearly as well so this will for sure be my top spot to go for any piercing I might want. I have an appointment booked for Thursday to get my conch and snug done and I can’t wait!
I have to admit this was my very first professional piercing I have ever had done in my life. Laura did exactly what I explained I wanted and week later my septum is healing just great. I highly recommend to go see Laura especially if you are very picky and specific about your piercing. For how much she charges she definitely overcomes the expectations. Can't wait to come back to get my medusa redone!
Got a double nose piercing and, was very happy. The piercer was super friendly and, understanding of me being nervous. She walked me through each step, took her tine doing so and, made sure the piercings were perfectly lined up and even. On top of that we had a nice chat and, she ordered some other jewelry for me going out of her way to make sure she was getting me the right size and, fit. The other staff were super pleasant as well! I've had a lot of piercings and this place is definitely the top on my list.
Would like to recommend Francisco! Just an amazing artist! Always care about his clients and deliver the job a 100% to costumers needs and satisfaction. We set down for a consultation at first and he understood exactly what I want and he brings his creativity to each design. Couldn't ask for better! During the tattoo he always made sure I'm comfortable and painless. Also everyone in the shop are friendly and welcoming. Always clean and tidy!
As a total body art virgin, I couldnt have asked for a better piercer than Laura! She made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. She was funny and kind. I will definitely be coming back for any future work. I also liked that this location has semi-private rooms for piercings to avoid being watched by on-lookers. The practice looked and smelled clean.
