We stayed in apartment 8 at the top of the Art House apartment building. We booked via Air BnB. Prior to arriving communication with 'Prague Resistances' who service the apartments was very good. Messages were replied to quickly and they also arranged with an airport transfer. The day before our stay we received an email with the code to get into the apartment building and details on how to locate our apartment within the building . Once we arrived at the Art House building we struggled to find out apartment. The instructions say that the apartment number was A11 and on the 1st floor. In fact we were in apartment 8 on the 4th floor. Luckily the building has a lift so we could get our cases up to our apartment. The apartment was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathrooms all worked very well and so did the heating. Its one of the best Air Bnbs we have ever stayed in. A couple of things that we had issues with were the noise in the evenings. The lift makes a very loud sound as it is going up and down. Plus there was a very loud party going on in another apartment until around 2am one night. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs. The apartment's location is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend the Art House apartments and would stay here again if we came back to the city.

Prime location, washer no dryer, but a drying rack with a fan and very nice staff. We loved having an apartment in our trip! Their recommendations for things to do were unfortunately aimed at the "typical American", so we didn't enjoy any of them. We prefer more off the beaten path : Highly recommend!
This is so central with a good view over the street below. Well decorated and equipped. The only down side is a noisy lift that runs past the bedroom windows.

Los staande airco's zouden hier een enorme verbetering zijn. In de douche/wc hing een zeer onaangename en misselijkmakende putjeslucht. Het dichtstoppen van alle afvoer hielp maar het is duidelijk dat dit door de eigenaren dient aangepakt te worden. Het meubilair is goedkoop en verouderd. De banken waren doorgezakt en je voelde de latten en vering door de kussens heen. De bedden sliepen goed ondanks dat bij één bed de bodem steeds naast de richel inzakte. Niestety wykonane chyba z papieru. Czuliśmy się jak by klatka schodowa była częścią mieszkania. Drzwi oprócz wizualnej przegrody nie izolowały od niczego innego. Wszystkie odgłosy z klatki schodowej były słyszalne w mieszkaniu. Pierwszej nocy budziliśmy się z powodu tych odgłosów. To nawet nie musialy być jakieś krzyki, normalne rozmowy czy też śmiechy wchodzących osób, a odgłos jak by u nas w salonie to się działo. Nasza sypialnia była na przeciwko drzwi, a że były z nami małe dzieci które spały w drugiej sypialni to z wiadomych powodów, drzwi były otwarte. Dodatkowo zamek w drzwiach jak i same drzwi nie dawały żadnego poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Każdorazowe zamknięcie drzwi wejściowych na klatkę z ulicy !!! powodowało poruszenie się i zastukanie drzwi do naszego mieszkaniachyba zmiana ciśnienia na klatce wyrobione zamknięcie,uszczelka i sam zamek. Gdyby nie ta niedogodność to pobyt był by na 6 gwiazdek.
