The Arcadian Kitchen

This has to be one of the best egg dishes I've had in a very long time. Not only was it creative with the different flavors but the arugula and tomatoes we're very fresh and flavorful and the special Green Goddess sauce that they used is to die for. And the best part was that my egg was done perfectly, as I like them. And these eggs are beauties. This dish is called Green Eggs and Toast and the price is excellent. As much as I love this dish I can't wait to try some other other eggs Benny dishes that I saw on the menu.

What a wonderful find! Host Ashley was amazing and welcoming! Answered all my wife's questions regarding her allergies patiently and thoroughly. But the food, I was very impressed! My wife's "Beets Me" salad was delicious and my French Dip was cooked to perfection I love when the bun is toasted so well!. We don't live in Vernon, but we'll definitely be back! Ashley's waitressing service was exceptional!

I'm pleasantly surprised to have found a restaurant like this while passing through the Okanagan! Very warm and welcoming, and very vegan-friendly. The staff was more than willing to find and make me aware of their vegan breakfast options, which I appreciated. Thank you for such great service!

Cute place with lots of vegan/vegetarian options. The staff were helpful and peppy. Not every vegan option comes with protein automatically included, so you kinda have to look out for that. They had coconut la croix which made me happy!

The Arcadian Kitchen has amazing creations using fresh ingredients, a constantly changing menu, and a wide array of options catering to meat & egg-loving, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. I would highly recommend them for breakfast or brunch and I've heard their tacos are really good too!

Best place in the Valley to feed all the food types in your family. I had an amazing plant based meal. The Beets me salad and my hubby had the French dip. We left full and satisfied!

Arcadian Kitchen is a staple in my day, nearly everyday! They have the best coffee in town, amazing food and plenty of options for people with food restrictions. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond! Would highly recommend for your next breakfast or lunch spot!

I am posting just to rate the one dish I have had at AK...and have been craving ever since...the house Tomato Soup. Robust in flavor, perfectly seasoned, with a great texture, this is by far the best tomato soup I have ever had. No afterburn from acidity, either...paired with the toasty bread, a perfect bite and celebration of the tomato. Kudos to the ‍
