I love coming here for bubble tea! I’ve came here multiple times and their drinks are always yummy, not to mention how nice their atmosphere is. Definitely my favourite bubble tea place in Aurora.
Alley is one of my favorite bubble tea stores. The 5 stars rating is based on the size of this store , clean and comfort level. Today is a hot hot day and their AC is working well and it’s not stuffy like the branches in Commerce Gate or on Gibson street. I tried out the new Summer drink called Mango beer tea and it’s super tasty. I’m a fan of Mr Sun’s green tea a non alcoholic beer tea. I think Alley’s is even more tasty than Mr Sun’s. I hope this mango beer tea will be a regular menu choice and available all year long
We typically get drinks from here fairly often and quality and taste is generally excellent, but service is rarely what you would expect. Long wait times even with just a handful of people lining up. Seems like the priority are orders from delivery apps rather than people waiting in line. Went there last Friday and was the only one at the counter. As soon as we reached, the girl told us to please wait, which we were happy to assuming that she needed to prepare a drink for someone who had ordered and just sat down - reasonable. Instead, she proceeded to make a drink and then started processing orders coming in from apps while we were still waiting in line. Three orders came in and one of those was massive with around 8 drinks. We asked twice if we can be served and were told ‘yes, shortly’ but then orders continue to stream in and take priority. Ten full minutes of waiting and we left. The attitude was disrespectful unfortunately - I’ll switch to the location in Upper Canada mall where the staff is always super attentive.
i go to the alley often and i absolutely adore the owner! such a kind man and very friendly service. id recommend the royal #9. the tapioca and tea has a subtle hint of blueberry flavour but still has that classic milk tea flavour for people who like that. i always get the crunchy tiramisu milk tea. it’s a very unique combo of sweetness and coffee flavour. it also has tapioca in the middle of the drink which i found rly unique from other bbt places i’ve tried!
Went in as I was in the area for work and as I had heard many great reviews previously. I was not disappointed, as soon as I walked in, I was amazed by how beautiful and aesthetic the place looked. I actually wanted to try the brown sugar tapioca, however that was not an available option at the time I went in since it needed a little longer to finish soaking. Regardless, the staffs were great, and they let me sample a tea and then I decided to go with the regular sized Royal No. 9. It was absolutely delicious and not overwhelmingly sweet, and I believe dairy-free also. I loved every sip of it and will definitely go back. They also give you the option to choose the level of sweetness and ice. I also believe the bubble teas were dairy free. Highly recommended and the bonus is that the cups and the place are very photogenic.
Got their deerioca matcha. The tea itself was good, wasn't too sweet and flavourful but the tapioca ruined the experience for me. It was too chewy and too sweet. I'd probably still come back and try other flavors but would love to try their coffee or pineapple jelly instead of tapioca. Place has a cool vibe, people at the counter are pleasant but were laughing at my name coz they didn't know it was me standing close to them.
Not only is the alley offer amazing drinks but this is one of the best alley locations I have been to. The staff is always friendly and super nice which is really different from the other alley locations I have been to. Also, they play amazing music and keep the place super clean. I love their apple of my eye and their brown sugar puff.
Bubble tea is great,my happiness.
Awesome place staff are friendly. The have different level of sugar and ice. No powder use like other places
My brown sugar ginger fresh milk tea is a perfect drink for today's wintery weather.
