That Freakin Greek

AMAZING catered food and CUSTOMER service! I chose to see if That Freakin Greek could cater an event VERY last minute based on their good reviews and close location to the party venue. I contacted them on their website chat and within 20 minutes received a call from the owner, Chrissa! SHE was such an amazing owner who obviously cares a lot about her business and customers!! The food was also amazing, rice, potatoes, veggies, chicken - my colleagues loved it all & said it was the best food they’ve had at a work event! Not to mention the catering tray portions were very generous! I can’t thank Chrissa and her staff enough, I’ll be back for more catering and dinner soon!!

Solid food - had a small mishap with our online order, but the wait staff and the chef were very accommodating and quick about getting my order ready. They were out of lamb that night, but everything else we got was pretty good. Chicken was a little dry, but I did pickup at the end of the night so I’ll have try it again later! The portions were very good for the price, and the chocolate cake was really good. Definitely hit the chocolate craving I had. Come check them out!

What an amazing time we had last night at this restaurant. The food was authentic and flavorful but the big plus was really the service. It was outstanding! We felt like we were having a meal at a friend house it was cozy and the server really was amazing. The owners Chrisa and Dimitri even came to talked with us and thanked us. They're lovely. It was such a nice evening, we will definitely come back!

Went for supper yesterday and I could not say a single negative thing about the whole experience. Lovely decor, great service, quick food, amazing portions, and everything tastes SO GOOD. This is the best Greek food I have ever had in my life. This is a gem of a place so do NOT miss out because your taste buds will thank you!!

Incredible!!! This is my first Google review and I was inspired to sign on to leave a review. We went to try this place for the first time last night and we were blown away by the friendly service, clean restaurant and crazy value! We couldn’t believe the generous portion and affordable price point. They even gave us some complementary side dish. We will definitely be returning and thanks for serving healthy food in our area! 100000 s!! The food was delicious - it wasn’t too greasy or salty. It tasted wholesome and healthy. We especially loved the tzatziki sauce and the salad.

Would highly recommend for both catering and/or just regular dining. I wanted to order Greek for my baby shower and have heard good things about the food here so decided to give it a go. Krista reached out to me after I filled out a form online and was both very responsive and kind throughout the entire process. Answered all my questions quickly over text or phone. Lovely to deal with. The food, wow it was AMAZING. Probably the best lemon potatoes I have ever had. I am still getting compliments a week later over everything. It was delicious and the portions were a really good size. They were not stingy one bit. When we picked up our order, the staff was also super friendly. Nothing better than great customer service and exceptional food, the perfect catering combo in my opinion! Definitely try this place if you haven’t already. It will not disappoint.

Amazing experience tonight! I normally don't get house wines, but my husband and I started off with a glass of red and white each - loved it! They got super slammed today for Father's Day and were sold out of most things, but they made it work! The meat chicken and pork was well seasoned and juicy, the side of rice was fluffy and delicious, and the grilled veggies were done perfectly. The Greek salad was also just amazing! I haven't had much Greek food since ... Pre pandemic? Thank you again for the special treat at the end of our meal! We will thoroughly enjoy that tonight, perhaps with another glass of wine! Thank you for being in the neighbourhood. Thank you for your story and thank you for staying strong!

Hidden gem! The food was tasty and generous portion. When we arrived the owner was alone and he provided an amazing service. 100% recommended and we will be back for sure! Don’t forget to order honey balls and baklava for dessert. First time there and we had such a great experience!

Staff has great energy. Food was incredible. I ordered the lamb souvlaki and the tenderneas was other world. Ive eaten at Greek restaurants all over the GTA and feel very proud to post about this particular place.

We Had a wonderful lunch at the freaking greek, the food was amazingly good and the service was superb!! Our best compliments and regards to the chef katalin and to our server Abdul who was above and beyond !!!
