We ate in at Thai Memory by reservation. The food once again did not disappoint. It was delicious. The service was fast likely because they request your choices before you arrive. The restaurant has 4-5 tables and it has a cozy quality.
Without question, this is the best Thai food in Nova Scotia. My husband and I lived in Australia for 14 years and missed the quality of Asian food to which we became accustomed. We were so relieved to find this venue 3 years ago when we moved to the Valley and became frequent customers. Authentic Thai Food!!! Thank you for staying open during Covid! You are the best. P.S. Their Thai food is spicy, as it should be!

I had the pineapple red curry which was a weird oily mess, completely different to any Thai curry I've encountered for 40 years, but tasted OK in fairness. My wife had some beef noodles dish which was extremely salty. We both had terrible digestive issues for the next 2 days. I'm usually bulletproof and enjoy very spicy foods regularly
The food we had at time memory was quite tasty and reasonably priced. We have been back twice already, and enjoyed the tofu massaman Curry as well as the shrimp green curry. I also enjoyed the vegetarian spring rolls and my wife enjoyed the non-vegetarian spring rolls. The coconut rice was flavorful as were the other rice dishes, such as the Jasmine rice.
Very cozy atmosphere with great traditional Thai food. Very delicious. Beautiful furniture and unique decorations. Highly recommended! Kid-friendliness: They have high chair for kids. Parking: Parking is beside the restaurant.
We had some issues with the service as it was a bit disorganized and really slow. Our order was not put in properly, but when we notify the owner he quickly expedite our order and our food came out quickly out of the kitchen. The food was excellent, the flavours are really well balance amd they use nice quality ingredients. Portions are decent. Honestly, this is the type of food you would find in thailand, definitely authentic. The service needs improvement, but if the food matter to me more.

Thai Memory was a fabulous restaurant off the beaten path in Aylesford. It's. A cozy place with an authentic feel and very well prepared & presented Thai dishes. The prices are quite reasonable and the menu offers something for everyone. All in all, Thai Memory is definitely worth the stop next time you're heading through the Valley!
First off, wow, this place is great. It's a really nicely decorated place you'd only expect to see in a metropolitan area. The food is so tastey and ours came very fast. I highly recommend this place.
