A wonderful vegan menu that was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, informative, and attentive. It was such an interesting selection of unique dishes that aren't found in most Thai restaurants. Portions are small but the selection is plentiful. Lots of fresh, complex, authentic flavours. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Vegan menu available
Came here for dinner on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The tasting menu was delicious. Each bite was a burst of flavour. Service was amazing. They explained each dish and frequently checked on us. They also gave us complimentary glasses of champagne for a birthday celebration.
What a wonderful nye experience! This is the second time I've done the royal meal here and it never disappoints. Plenty of food, great atmosphere and the staff is so lovely! I had to go alone this time as my husband was sick so I sat at the Chef's table to watch the magic chaos happen. So fun! And they prepared a package for me to take home. Thank you, Kiin!
I've been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and have yet to see hospitality like we received at Kiin. Such a passionate team who visited our table and made our birthday celebration a beautifully unique and special experience. The food and drinks were exceptional and we can't wait to come back and visit -- everything was exceptional but our favorites were the Braised Short Rib, the purple dumpling and the spring roll from the appetizer course. And not to be forgotten - the Mekong Martini!!! Wishing your team all the success you deserve! Special thank you to Chef Nuit Regular and Jeff, our server Sarah and the bartender Jeff for an unforgettable experience! Dietary restrictions: Most items were gluten free on their own but the team took extra care in preparing separate dishes in some cases
Finally got around to trying this place since it's re-opening. Elevated spot for high quality Thai dishes. The braised beef short rib boombai curry was especially excellent, our favorite for sure. The rice salad was also really refreshing and surprisingly quite aesthetic. A huge recommend for Thai food lovers that are willing to splurge a little bit.
Brought my family to Kiin and we had the best experience! I made a table reservation and we got the best seats in the house! Right beside the kitchen and on a very comfy green couch. It worked out perfectly for us as we had a baby so it was a big enough space for us to put aside clothes and all the baby items we were carrying. Staff was super friendly and our waiter always asked us for feedback on every dish. The waitresses kept playing with my niece and making her laugh! The set menus are not cheap, neither are the a la cartes but that’s downtown for you. My dad is a food vaccum so we ended up spending $100/person that day. A big dent in my wallet but the experience was worth it. I highly recommend the lobster tom yum- the best tom yum out there, a good balance of spicy and sour. The khao soi was also a hit with my family!
Wonderful set vegan menu. So many interesting flavors and the presentation was outstanding as was the explanation of what we were eating. We will definitely go back again.Food: 5/5
We went here for our anniversary dinner and everything was incredible. We had the Royal Thai Sumrab Tasting Menu and they accommodated my pescatarian diet while still giving my husband meat which we loved. Everything was presented in such a way that each dish felt so special and everything was so full of flavour. Seriously, this meal was such a dream. The cocktails here are also wonderful. Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my pescatarian diet.
Delicious food, and excellent service! Kiin’s decor and atmosphere is also rather charming. For what we ate I do think the price was a touch on the high side, but it was still really delicious.
Service and food was 10/10. Left with leftovers because portions are generous. Head chef Daniel and our server Sarah made it a memorable experience!Recommended dishesGreen Curry, Pandan Chicken, Dry-Style Khao Soi, Miang Kung Wild Betel Leaf Wrap, Lobster Tom Yum
