I tried ordering online - The website looks fantastic, so I thought it would be a great user experience. Boy was I wrong. It didn't let me log in after resetting my password so I couldn't complete my order. No error message or anything. Trash. Luckily, a courier on UberEats was available so I ordered through that. Food was fantastic. That Crispy Orange Beef is my favourite dish. I find it blows Thai Express out of the water. This would be 5 stars if their online experience wasn't garbage.
Great customer service and made exactly the way we wanted. While packing one of our meal's the cook dropped a shrimp for the meal on the floor but instead of leaving it like this he refried 3 for made mixed them with the meal with care. Ones again nothing to complain.
The worst customer services ever. My food was burned, and when I called the supervisor, he just said “it’s nothing that I can do” really???? Please hired competent people, not people that burned food or that don’t know how to treat customers. Never again on that thai burned zone.
Dont deliver 1h before it closes EDIT: i ordered again 4 times after my review and im EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED IN THE STAFF . they never get my order right or always forget my drinks or make the food expremely spicy and im unable to eat !!
Change of cooks was just okay not as good as usual
I bought food in this restaurant but the rice was burned. The Manager is impolite. Don't buy food in this restaurant. Bad attention!!!
