We ordered plenty of foods and only Pad thai was good among it. All other dishes were not that good especially the Red curry. I would only go back, if no other option is there.
I ask for no noodle, I just wanted soup and when I get home. This is what I get Update: I call and spoke to the girl that took my order. She actually inform me that “ oh it’s the same price, with or without noodle” I don’t care about the price, clearly it’s not about the money. I just wanted a soup wit broth. That’s all. Not that complicated.
Worst, worst experience ever. First time going to this restaurant, never going again and surely not recommending it either. 32$ for two lunches we had to throw away they were so nasty. My hubby’s general tao had a piece of bone and some other really odd piece in his meat that wasn’t edible, all overly dry as well. Tasted frozen nothing seemed fresh. I ordered a Thaï soup, being sick I was excited and really hoped it would look at least, a little bit like the image they put online. The soup arrives, a few shredded carrots here, 3 shrimp in the whole bowl and 2 pounds of noddles. Tasted basically like nothing, no aroma, nothing added to make the soup better. Look at this way, a large bowl of broth, a few shrimp, no taste and nothing else. Ridiculous.
Great food. Awesome spring rolls. I had pad see ew and the portion was way too big! Still great place to eat Expensive.
first of all we did not get everything we ordered, then we found out that the rolls had pretty much nothing but lettuce in them and tastes like plastic. i litteraly had 2 shrimp. will never order there again
Ordered a Lemongrass Beef Bowl online. When the food arrived, there was literally no salad and no vermicelli in my bowl, only heart salad and onions. I called the restaurant to ask if they could fix it, and the employee laughed at me. Poor service. I am very disappointed.
First time visiting Thai Express... one of ours orders had something that wasn't fresh... I told the manager or owner. He was extremely concerned and you could see in his eyes how he wanted to fix it. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Amazing food , excellent service , employee always smiling and they take there time to explain you the different options on the menu !!! extremely clean restaurant And Fast delivery too !!
Honestly, next to Subways, it's my favorite place. The only issue I'm having is the food became SOO greasy, i can't hold the box without it slipping out of my hands, wasn't like that when they first came here. Never the less, will still eat here every day if I could afford it. 4 stars :
Good service and good people, saddly it takes a few minutes to reach someone on the other end of the phone, but that something you can expect
